MINDFULNESS YIN YOGA
Mindfulness helps us to be aware of our emotional and physical changes while doing yoga or in our daily life. It helps us to live peacefully with the various emotions that arise. Mindfulness means "remember to come back to the present moment”, observe objectively, then the inner peace and liberation will emerge along with the practice. Observing the inhale and exhale through our breathing is the key method used in this yoga practice. That is the starting point of a mindfulness practice.
Yin Yoga adopts a passive method by using probs such as bolster, yoga blankets, bricks, etc. to stay for 3 to 5 minutes in a posture. This allows the practitioners more time to observe their body while cultivating the awareness and sensitivity towards the body. Choose a position where you can stay calm and stretch properly while feeling the stimulation but not panicking. Let the gravity and time helps to deepen your practice.
If you are seeking the inner peace and willing to face up the cyclical life issues, here is the place where you can tune into yourself and collect your thought, activate the connective tissue and stimulate the flow of energy, lead into meditation and touching the long accumulated unconsciousness.
