
VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa Yoga blends strong physical fitness, strength, endurance, flexibility and concentration into a smooth and seamless flow. Each of the pose is stringing in series with different connecting poses. It is a combination of hatha yoga and ashtanga yoga. Vinyasa Yoga classes are more casual with a lot of flexibility that can be adjusted to suit different groups of people. Practitioners obtain detoxification effect through sweating, which then awaken their inner strength and subsequently nourishing the glands and internal organs. Stiffness will be improved therefore body become lighter, stronger while mind become clearer.

Every instructor focuses on the details differently. It is recommended to choose Vinyasa yoga class led by different instructor in order to develop your muscle strength, key techniques and controlling force required for long-term yoga practice.

ASHTANGA PRIMARY SERIES

Ashtanga yoga is a set of fixed movements which include forward bends, backbends, twists, inversion and some other yoga movements. The entire sequence requires a certain degree of strength and flexibility which is quite physically exhausting for a beginner. We suggest you to have about three months Vinyasa yoga experience prior to enrolling in this class. Ashtanga yoga is the favorite to many students because of the challenging light jumping and traversing movements that is lively and bring a lot of energy.
This is an introductory course for Ashtanga yoga which guides students to understand all the movements of the first level, strengthen the foundation and builds students' confidence in Ashtanga yoga.

IYENGAR YOGA

Iyengar Yoga is a form of yoga as exercise with a focus on the structural. Alignment, strengthening the bones and the muscles on individual physical body through the practice of asanas by using props such as wooden block, belt, wall, chair, blanket, etc.
It is also a therapeutic in nature and a safe practice for beginners/ health problems/ elderly to minimize the risk injury or strain. With the props also allow elderly, injured, tired or ill students to experience the benefits of a wider variety of asanas via fully "supported" methods requiring less muscular effort under the guidance of a certified teacher.

DEEP STRETCH

Deep stretching definitely helpful for you if you are experiencing stiffness in your hamstrings and hips as well as frequent back pain and so on. In addition to postures in yoga, effective stretching movements is introduced in order to minimize sports injuries. There will be different stretching themes in each class and slow-paced dynamic as well as static stretching movement which focus on stretching techniques in order to relax the exhausted muscles via a series of targeted movement that will stay from 1 to 5 minutes.

Progressive coaching from the instructor leads students to relax and stretch their body to the maximum hence improve sleep quality, restore muscle flexibility, enhance metabolic function and excrete accumulated muscle toxins through sweating. It is suitable for practitioners of all levels, including newbies and beginners.

MINDFULNESS YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga adopts a passive method by using probs such as bolster, yoga blankets, bricks, etc. to stay for 3 to 5 minutes in a posture. This allows the practitioners more time to observe their body while cultivating the awareness and sensitivity towards the body. Choose a position where you can stay calm and stretch properly while feeling the stimulation but not panicking. Let the gravity and time helps to deepen your practice.

Mindfulness helps us to be aware of our emotional and physical changes while doing yoga or in our daily life. It helps us to live peacefully with the various emotions that arise. Mindfulness means "remember to come back to the present moment”, observe objectively, then the inner peace and liberation will emerge along with the practice. Observing the inhale and exhale through our breathing is the key method used in this yoga practice. That is the starting point of a mindfulness practice.

SLOW STRETCH & RESTORATIVE YOGA

By slowing down the pace of practice and utilizing a simple and gentle sequence of Asanas, the exhausted body gradually recovers and reconnects under a stress-free environment.

The final resting pose allows the learners to relax consciously. The body pause for 8 to 20 minutes effortlessly, allowing the muscles, bones and internal organs to be supported by the assistive devices so to arrive at a complete submission of total comfort and security. Let the body, mind and soul to relax one layer at a time.

It is recommended to do this exercise at least once a week to repair the body, and this class will achieve a complementary effect with the assistance of the aids.

YOGA NIDRA

Nidra means “sleep” in Sanskrit. Lying on a yoga mat in a corpse pose and listen to the instruction from the yoga teacher, you can recognize the feeling of the whole body and you focus on your breathing, then slowly you will enter a hazy yet awaken stage and stage where you can still feel the things around. Your body and mind will enter into complete relaxation to achieve real rest and release unconsciously from the deep rooted and inexplicable tension, and clearing the old habits patterns and tendencies in each practice.

Many people may fall asleep at the beginning. This is normal. Perhaps your body does need to rest. Some people might see images or experience light and floating sensation. Every sensation varies according to your condition. In addition to improving sleep quality, it also relieves chronic stress.

Nidra yoga requires simple aids to start with. You can experience the essence of yoga from this class without any yoga experience prior to this. If you have regular practice on meditation and yoga, Nidra yoga makes you to be more focusing and come out from the distracting thoughts in your mind.

RESTORE HATHA YOGA

This class is about seeing and responding to the body through consistent, repetitive practice of steady, comfortable Asanas. With pauses between movements, while feeling the flow of the breath. Consciously feel the unfolding body. Learn how to compassionately listen to the messages of our body sends out. Allow even more inner space to recognize and feel the body's resilience.

Flow yoga combines particular movement and breathing, stretch your body gentle while calming the mind with focus. It promotes body repair, increase your inner strength and regain the vitality of inner peace. Flow yoga is a sustainable practice, starting from movement with breathing. Gracefully lead every move by igniting the inner energy of each individual. Align every breath you take while you sooth every move with ease.
Using the essential concept of Vinyasa yoga, focus on three significance point which includes movement, breath control, and meditation in asana practice. Resulting of total connection of body, mind, and soul. Interested of all levels are welcome.
